This winter, a lot of north hemisphere yogis on my dash have been complaining of flu symptoms. All the inversions and strenuous poses can make yoga a real challenge when you’re dealing with chest and head congestion! Here’s a simple, short flow for restoration without any dizzying postures. When I’m battling a cold I always skip my yoga class because the sound of blowing my nose will mess up everyone’s chi! But I will keep this routine in mind next time so I can do my own class at home. Thanks for sharing!
