Trina Holden runs one of my new favorite blogs. This amazing woman is a writer, fitness enthusiast, homeschool teacher, and real foodie. It’s this last hat that has me captivated today as I browse her site.
I’ve written a tiny bit on how eating well doesn’t have to break the bank or crush the schedule, but Trina has taken this topic and expanded it to an inspiring level. She took a full month to blog about how to eat well, what you need (and don’t need) to maintain a healthy diet, and answers to some common questions about real food.
If you’ve followed me for any time at all, you know I’m a huge fan of education. Just reading through Trina’s site, I’ve learned a lot about food, and I can’t wait to get started on this process. Even if I don’t end up making any dramatic changes to my “diet” (we need a better word for that), I’m sure this will be an eye-opening experience for me! You can find the Real Food Journey here.
